The Hemet ROCS (Restoring Our Community Strategy) CAC (Citizens Advisory Committee) is a citizens committee, appointed by the City Council, established to review and give input and recommendations on the Hemet ROCS program of work being established by the City. Hemet ROCS is a comprehensive program designed to stabilize and restore our residential neighborhoods and the larger community. The basis of the work to be analyzed by this committee primarily consists of ordinances and programs.
