The City of Hemet Senior Citizen Minor Home Repair is for Disabled & Senior Citizens up to $800 per fiscal year with a lifetime maximum of $3000 (retroactively to July 1, 2004) of free home repair per fiscal year . No repayment is required. You must live in and own you home within Hemet City limits. Applications available at the City Hall of Hemet located at 445 E. Florida Avenue or click here to download form.
