Gilbert Duke - Gilbert previously worked at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory as the Emergency Preparedness Administrator and has completed numerous FEMA ICS Courses.  Gil is also a FCC Licensed Amateur Radio Operator and a Member of the Hemet/San Jacinto ARES & Races.

Lucy Dressel - We're excited to announce Lucy Dressel has joined our CERT Instructor Team through a collaborative partnership with the Hemet Unified School District. Lucy has over 20 years of experience as it relates to safety, security and emergency preparedness and began her career with Hemet USD in April of 2008. As the Director of Risk Management, Lucy works with school sites to mitigate potential safety and emergency preparedness hazards faced by the District. These mitigation standards include training, drills, and partnering with community agencies to enhance knowledge, skills and response protocols not only with HUSD staff and students, but also with parents and community residents.
