Available Assistance
The City of Hemet Senior Citizen Minor Home Repair is for disabled and senior citizens. Assistance up to $800 per fiscal year with a lifetime maximum of $3,000 (retroactively to July 1, 2004) of free home repair is available per fiscal year. No repayment is required. Residents must live in and own their home within Hemet City limits. Applications are available at the City Hall of Hemet located at 445 East Florida Avenue or online.
