Fair Housing Council
Promoting Rights & Opportunities
The Fair Housing Council is to provide comprehensive services which affirmatively address and promote fair housing rights and further other housing opportunities for all persons without regard to race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, presence of children, disability, ancestry, marital status, or other arbitrary factors. The council is your advocate, working to assure that you and your family have the right to live in the home of your choice.

Filing a Complaint
If you feel that a landlord or property manager has denied you housing based on color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, the number / presence of children, age, or physical handicap, you can file a complaint with the Fair Housing Council.
