Personal Goal Statement

Robert Youssef strives for what he describes as a city that is safe, accessible, clean, economically sound and enjoyable. Robert wants to design policy and build a vision that includes the following values:

  • A historic, progressive City;
  • An inclusive and people-centered City;
  • A City with a sustainable economy, community and environment;
  • A reachable, equitable City.

Personal bio

Robert moved to Hemet in 1994 with his parents and three younger sisters.  He attended and graduated from West Valley High School and moved on to obtain his bachelor’s degree in Business Economics and his MBA in Administration.  Robert happily married Frances Nguyen in September 2011.  Growing up, Robert participated in various community events with his local church and high school.  Robert became involved with the Riverside County of Young Republicans in 2007 and helped campaign and walk for various state candidates. Robert was elected in 2008 to his first term on the Hemet City Council.
