"The Hemet Public Library provides music CDs, popular DVDs, Anime and popular paperback books and many other services specifically for teens.  We also encourage teens to become a member of our library Teen Advisory Group or TAG.  TAG members give us advice and feedback regarding library services for teens.  You can check some of the TAG activities on the TAG BLOG. 

Parents: The library has an open access policy to all materials and information services.

This means that the library does not restrict minors from using items in the collection, nor do we limit internet access. It is a parent's right and responsibility to guide use by minors and ensure that their children use the library according to individual family beliefs."

Learning Express offers online access to study and practice for educational exams from 4th grade on up including math, reading, SAT, ACT, and GED.  Career related exams such as Police, Firefighter, Civil Service, and Postal Worker are included.  Additionally, check out their resume and job interview preparation.  You will need your Hemet Public Library Card and PIN number to access this database from home.

Need Help?  Connect with a live tutor from 1-10p.m. daily even when the library is closed.  Subjects include math, science, language arts and social studies from 4th-12th grade and college introductory level.  Homework assistance for math and English will be available in Spanish from
